Frequently asked questions
Is the enquiry binding?
No. The enquiry is non-binding and you pay nothing in advance. We confirm the price and availability by e-mail, usually within 24 hours.
Why book direct rather than through a portal?
Direct always pays off: best price guarantee, free transfer to the thermal baths and the station, late check-out subject to availability and a welcome drink. Stay packages are available only when booking direct.
We are arriving by train. How do we get to the manor?
We pick you up from Veľký Meder railway station free of charge. Just tell us your arrival time in the message.
We have a small child. Is a cot available?
Yes, on request. Please mention it in the enquiry together with the children's ages.
Is parking included?
Yes. Parking in the closed, monitored courtyard is free for guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, unless agreed otherwise: more than 30 days before arrival free of charge, 30 to 15 days 30%, 14 to 3 days 70%, less than 3 days or no-show up to 100% of the price of the services booked. The terms stated in your booking confirmation always prevail. The full text is on the Cancellation policy page.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
The enquiry itself is free and non-binding. When we confirm a direct booking we may ask for a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay, unless agreed otherwise; the amount and due date are stated in the confirmation. For short stays, last-minute bookings and returning guests, payment on arrival is possible by arrangement.
