Frequently asked questions
How many people can you take?
It depends on the type of event and how the room is laid out. Send us the number of participants and your date, and we will confirm whether we can host it, accommodation included.
What equipment do you provide?
Tell us what you need, whether a projector, sound system or flipchart, and we will confirm what we can prepare.
Can we arrive by train?
Yes. We pick guests up at the railway station and the transfer is free.
How are meals arranged?
We cook the home cooking of the Rye Island and serve half board as a buffet. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes are prepared on request.
Will the whole group stay with you?
We have 13 rooms and suites in seven types, including suites for up to six people, so the group sleeps in one place.
What about dates outside the season?
Outside the main season there is more availability on weekdays and the estate is quieter. That is often the best time for a company event.
